Description:  Level 2 is for kids 11 & 12 yrs old.

In this group, we continue to build on the technique learned in Level 1.  A focus is given to teaching swimmers how to swim from the legs up, not the arms down.  We do this so the swimmer can learn high-performance techniques & skills from an early age, minimize/eliminate shoulder problems and build habits that will serve them for a lifetime of FAST swimming.

We start to build training volume in this group by swimming for 90 minutes.  We also start teaching the swimmers our training cycles (aerobic, anaerobic, speed/power) and expose them to the basics of Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology and Leadership building.
