Please read carefully. By purchasing a service or product, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow terms stated herein.
Please be aware that all charges will show up on Client credit card statement as LifeSport LLC.
If Client should need to update billing or payment information, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with instructions. Do not send credit card information via email.
Clients may choose between online auto-billing and "paid in full" billing options.
For the auto-billing option, the client will choose a training group (National Team, Regional Team, 10 & Under Team, Splash Team, Masters/Triathlon Team or Women's Training Group) membership and their credit or debit card will be charged automatically every month on the same day for the duration of their membership as the day/date the client originally registers. This pricing option is available all-year and a client/member may start anytime. Should you wish to continue with your membership after your chosen duration concludes, email us at email@example.com to let us know at least seven (7) days prior to the conclusion of your duration and we will extend your payment schedule. No additional forms are required.
For the "paid in full" billing option, you agree to pay for the full duration of your choice of membership (National Team, Regional Team, 10 & Under Team, Splash Team, Masters/Triathlon Team, Women's Training Group) when you register. Membership options are by season (Winter, Summer or full year) or for Splash Team by months (three, six or 12 months). This option provides you with a 5% discount for the duration you choose. This option is the least expensive option.
Membership is based on 12-month intervals at Elevation Athletics (EA) because our coaches and staff work 12-months a year and we provide services 12-months per year. EA is a full service, year round program.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
EA only accepts online payments for membership. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal for all membership programs and services. EA also accepts checks for equipment and apparel purchases, but please note, there is a $15 service fee that must be included in your check, should you choose this payment method. If Client elects to pay by monthly installments for membership programs, Client authorizes LifeSport LLC to charge the Client’s credit card or debit card every month.
REFUND POLICY AND MINIMUM GUARANTEES
Unless otherwise noted, all services are non-refundable after the initial month (30-days) of membership and products come with an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a full refund of your purchase price for the product purchased. Longer conditional guarantees may apply, so check the sales material at the time of your order for details.
In the event that you decide your membership purchase was not the right decision, within 30-days of enrollment, contact our support team at email@example.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 pm of your time zone from your date of purchase. If you purchased a membership with a recurring charge, only the first month charge is eligible for a refund. After the 30-days, you may only cancel your membership, which will terminate at the end of that particular billing cycle. Should you have purchased our pay-in-full membership, the pro-rated unused portion may be refunded (after the initial 30-days), minus 10% at any time.
Clinics, seminars, camps and in-person events are nonrefundable within seven days prior to the event. You may be eligible for a 50% refund up to seven days in advance of the event.
Free trial products are not eligible for full refunds and must be terminated by the last day of the trial period at 11:59 pm MST if the Client decides to discontinue use to avoid incurring the product fee. Terminations require an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with full name & reason for termination.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by LifeSport llc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase for monthly billing and all payments must be made on a timely basis. Should your payment method on file be declined for any reason and your payment becomes late (later than three (3) days past your due date, your account will be charged an additional fee of $30 immediately. If your payment is not made by the last day of the month, your membership will be suspended and you will no longer have access to our member resources, practices or services, until paid in full. All Paid-in-full memberships are refundable as the pro-rated unused portion of your payment, minus 10%.
If you do not understand or agree with any of these conditions, please do not complete the membership application. If you require further clarification, please contact us at email@example.com.
Pre-season deposit is fully refundable until the date listed on our website (August 31). After that point, it is not refundable.
Clients who have purchased membership with EA and would like to cancel, please discuss the reason with a coach first, then email firstname.lastname@example.org at least seven business days before your next billing date and we will cancel your membership. Otherwise, termination will fall under the following guidelines, which include:
Auto-Billing - your membership will end at the end of your billing cycle and will not be renewed. The client will have access to all EA services until the last day of their billing cycle.
Paid-in-full billing - your membership will end immediately and you will be refunded the pro-rated amount for the duration of your contract, minus 10%. The client will lose all access to EA services immediately..
Anything you submit to LifeSport LLC, anything created by LifeSport LLC, EA or it's partners/affiliates, either through written or visual (photo or video) methods can be used by LifeSport LLC and EA. You surrender your sole right of ownership when you submit to LifeSport, unless you specifically state in your submission that you wish to retain sole rights of the the content.
