Description:   Our Masters Team is a U.S. Masters Gold Level program, meaning we provide the highest quality coaching from certified U.S. Masters coaches, who have your best personal and swimming interest at heart.

Our program is for swimmers 19 yrs. of age and older who would like to continue with the sport you love.  Our workouts are technique based and hit all energy systems throughout the course of the week.  All strokes & events can be trained for, whether you are training for a competition or to stay in shape. 

​

Our workouts are designed to reduce or eliminate shoulder problems, back or knee problems and reduce joint pain. 

​

We offer 50-meter (when our new Aquatic Center opens fall of 2023) & 25-meter swim workouts everyday each week.

​

Equipment:  Fins, Kickboard, Snorkel or Paddles used, but not required.
