Video Taping & Technique Review
 

At the Elevation Athletics Aquatic Center, we've set up an above water & underwater video camera system that runs the entire length of our 50-meter pool.

​

This side view of you swimming, both under and above water at the same time, will give you incredible feedback on how efficient your technique is and how well you maintain your technique over the course of 50-meters.

Videotaping Only - 30 min. session

Videotaping with Coach Feedback - 60 min. session

Videotaping with Computerized Video Feedback - 90 min. session
